Midori Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Midori

  • 1.5 oz. Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup

Instructions

Fill an old-fashioned glass or tumbler (or a sour glass if you have one) with ice. Mix 2 oz. Midori, 1.5 oz. lemon juice, and 1 oz. simple syrup over ice and strain into the glass. Who knew sours could be so sweet?

Notes: Unlike with an Amaretto Sour, a Midori Sour gets to have more sugar added to it with the simple syrup. If it doesn't give you diabetes, then that just means you should make another one!
