Lynchburg Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey

  • 1 oz. Triple Sec

  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice

  • 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

  • approx. 4 oz. 7-Up

Instructions

Mix 1 oz. of Jack Daniel's, 1 oz. of Triple Sec, 1 oz. of Lemon Juice, and 0.5 oz. of Simple Syrup over ice. Strain into a highball glass, and then top with cold 7-Up. Sit back, relax, take a sip, and you'll feel classier by the minute.

Notes: The whole point of this recipe is to use Jack Daniel's, so no other whiskey will do. You can use any Triple Sec you want, but it's delicious with more expensive stuff. This version of the recipe also uses lemon juice and simple syrup instead of Sour Mix because I think Sour Mix is nasty, but if you want to do it that way, just replace the lemon juice and simple syrup with 1.5 oz. (a shot) of Sour Mix.
