Ingredients



  • 1.5 oz. whiskey

  • 1 scoop French Vanilla ice cream




Instructions

Add whiskey and ice cream in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tumbler or snifter. Serve with a spoon and a straw. Perfect if you need an easy dessert with some bang to it, or something romantic for a snuggle-session by the fire.
Notes: You can use most any kind of whiskey for this. I typically use Jack Daniels (because I love it), but other Bourbons and Irish work very well too. If you want a larger serving, just double the recipe; 1.5 shots per scoop.
